Program Overview
Begin Your Career in Phlebotomy
A phlebotomist will typically perform venipuncture, finger sticks, heel sticks, and point of care testing. They work closely with laboratory personnel to manage, process and transport collected specimens. Certified Phlebotomy Technicians work in a fast paced healthcare setting such as hospitals, labs, or clinics.
Registration is open Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm and closes 7 days before class starts. If the class reaches the size limit, registration may end sooner.
Program Details
Our small class size provides training on universal precautions, infection control, proper blood draw technique, and specimen handling. This course includes classroom theory, hands on blood draw, and an optional externship.
The total duration is 6 weeks. Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 9am-1:30pm
Clinicals
Clinical rotatins are offered, but not required to graduate from program. $200 clincial set up fee with minimum of 88 total hours for 2-4 days a week.

Payment Information
Payment plan for private pay:
- $1,200 deposit at registration
- $500 due biweekly on week 2, 4, 6
Completion & Testing Information
Once you have completed and passed the course you are eligible to take the National Certification Exam for Phlebotomy NHA CPT exam cost $235, due 1 business day before scheduled exam.
